St Michaels in the City // The Upper Room

It was one of those laugh until your cheeks are sore kind of wedding days. Sarah & Jono are are the sort of folks that light up rooms the moment they walk in and it makes complete sense that they surround themselves with the sort of company that bounces that light around. It is no exaggeration to say the joy on Saturday was off the CHARTS. When I arrived at the reception there were parcels at every place setting. Guests began to unwrap to find a carefully curated book, bought specifically just for them. I scanned around the room to see philosophy, biographies & poetry. I unwrapped mine to hold in my hands Milk & Honey by Rupi Kaur, so it only seems fitting that I site a page for Jono & Sarah.
